Hey people!!
EXAMS ARE FINALLY OVER~
SO, next week 3rd, 4th and 5th March is OUR CHALET!
=D
So here are some details regarding it, and which clique to do what.
Venue: Costa Sands Pasir Ris Chalet.
Date: 3rd to 5th March. (Monday to Wednesday)
Meeting Time: Costa Sands Resort Entrance at 3pm. (to be confirmed)
There will be a BBQ, and many many activities.
Things that each Clique need to do.
Preparation of BBQ food items: (Estimated Budget: $100)
Reen, Phoebe, Mad, Serena, Kaki, MK, Chris and Shu Jun.
Preparation of Snacks, Fruits and Drinks: (Estimated Budget: $75)
Lemon, Shu Hui, Rui Sin and Audrey.
Planning of activities and games and logistics (Estimated Budget: $70)
[e.g. cutlery, charcoal, wire gauze, tissues and cups, those things that are needed for BBQ, fire starters, margarine, honey, etc.]:
Denise, Rachel, Wina and Vanessa and the guys, Andy, Joe, Peter and Gary.
Ok! That will be all for your various cliques responsibility.
Please get everything by Monday 3rd March 2008 which is our first day of Chalet!
We will be buying the things on coming Saturday or Sunday.
Information will be send to your cliques, do try to make the day free or go buy the things yourself. =)) Just get everything by our chalet date. =DD
PLEASE TRY TO KEEP TO THE ESTIMATED BUDGET AND GET AS CHEAP AS YOU CAN SO THAT WE CAN SAVE MORE MONEY!!
PLEASE BRING WHATEVER THINGS YOU THINK YOU NEED FOR THE CHALET.
Examples, your clothes, neccessities, snacks, board games, cards, mahjong, sleeping bag, etc.
CAN'T WAIT FOR THE CHALET!!!
